FTAD Memberships

FTAD intends to provide the opportunity to those Americans who want to understand the truths of the major issues facing the nation to become a constituency of policy model builders. Utilizing the knowledge they have accrued from their careers and disciplines they will help to build the models. For others building FTAD models they will provide critique and questioning to add ideas and help prepare communications and explanations.  As a whole, the constituency would support the FTAD mission and broaden it as fast as possible. Its members would insist on hearing the truth from governments and political leaders.

In terms of Healthcare we plan to build a professional coalition of the many medical organizations already in favor of the basic idea; an advocate coalition which needs the facts developed in the five year study embodied in the book, and a business coalition which will aim to divest the burden of employer provided healthcare and provide campaign funding. Our goal is forming a constituency of Americans seeking the truths of issues being invited to join in perfecting the concepts and data that FTAD has gathered.  Similar coalitions will be formed for the education and energy projects.

Advocate Members – Advocates show their support for the mission of FTAD by donating $15 or more to help offset operating expenses. They gain access to the secure project websites and will receive periodic e-mails soliciting ideas. Advocate Members may buy the book Healing America's Healthcare: the Facts and a Model which is available for sale for $48.50 on the Healthcare website. Priority mail delivery is included.

Regular Members – have access to the secure project websites and will receive a gratis copy of the policy model Healing America's Healthcare: the Facts and a Model.  They will receive e-mail reports of progress on projects, referrals to results from outside sources, and questions seeking facts or concepts about particular projects. They will receive attribution for their contributions to projects.  Regular memberships are $90 annually.

Charter Members – receive all of the privileges of Regular Members including a gratis copy of the Healthcare Policy Model.  Additionally they will be invited to attend periodic Project Committee meetings, participate in periodic online project committee reports and be invited to an annual Project Committee weekend retreat.  Charter membership is $350 annually.

Organizational Memberships - will be available for groups, colleges and universities, and others for the privileges of a number of regular members.The membership fee will depend on the number of persons to be given access to the web site.

A membership form is attached affording a means of selecting the type of membership or donation. The donations may be directed to specific projects.

AUDITS AND FINANCIAL REPORTS

FTAD will provide quarterly financial reviews to all regular and charter members via the Financial website. An annual audit will be performed and a detailed report will be similarly posted for those members to see. All expenses will be commensurate with the approved budgets.  Budgets will be available to regular and charter members.

FTAD will conform to all state and federal laws and regulations. It is a “C“ corporation registered in Delaware the laws of which assure the anonymity of members and donors if desired. FTAD will not publish, sell or share member or donor information. As membership grows we may need to outsource bulk e-mailing but our contract with the bulk vendor will prohibit any further use of your e-mail address.
